By engaging AFAQ Plus Building Maintenance you agree to the following terms: quotes remain valid for 14 days, additional works require written approval, and payment terms are agreed at proposal stage. Our workmanship carries a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.

Scope of service

Only the works detailed in the accepted proposal are covered.

Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the proposal. Insurance covers third-party incidents.
